Welcome to Precision Driving School (formerly Central Driving School). Same great instructors and service. Our classes are still held at Okemos High School, Okemos, MI. We have opened a second location at Laingsburg High School, Laingsburg, MI.
You do not have to be a student of Okemos or Laingsburg schools. Any student can attend the drivers education courses offered at these locations.
Whether it’s your first time behind the wheel or you need a brush up before your test, we offer driving education in Michigan that will make you a safer, more confident driver for life.
- We offer Segment 1 and Segment 2 driver education classes for teens under age 18.
- We offer private driving lessons for adults 18 years and older who are seeking to obtain their Michigan driver’s license.
- Please read the “Graduated Driver’s Requirements for Teens” before signing up for teen classes.
- Our partner company, Central Road Testing LLC, is authorized by the Michigan Secretary of State to administer the road test. For information about road testing click here.

Our office location is 3945 Okemos Road, Suite A5, Okemos MI 48864. Walk in hours are Tuesdays 1 pm to 2 pm and Thursdays 11 am to 12 pm. All other office visits are by appointment only.
Precision Driving School educates and prepares young drivers entering the Michigan Graduated Licensing Program. Students from all area high schools, home schools, private schools, or parochial schools are encouraged to enroll.
